Why is Chase Bank not showing as an option when I try to connect my account?

If you bank with Chase Bank, you will not be able to connect at this time but you can manually upload your business bank statements.

In the Documents section of the application, you can manually upload your business bank statements. Here's how:

  1. Select Upload next to Prefer to upload bank statements?

  2. Drag and drop or upload your business bank statements:

    1. Use an official business bank statement

    2. Must be a PDF file format

    3. Include every page in the statement (even blank pages)

  3. Select Review application.

  4. Review and confirm that your information is correct before submitting.

  5. Select Submit application.

Should you need to provide additional business bank statements after submitting your application you can:

  1. Select the Document center on the left-side navigation of your dashboard

  2. Select Add Bank Statements.

  3. Upload your business bank statements:

    1. Use an official business bank statement

    2. Must be a PDF file format

    3. Include every page in the statement (even blank pages)
