  3. Business financials: Statements like profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for business loans.

  4. Business bank statements: Typically, the last three to six months of business bank statements.

  5. Credit report authorization: So the lender can assess your creditworthiness.

  6. Business plan: Detailed plans outlining goals, operations, and financial projections, if applicable.

  7. Collateral documentation: Relevant collateral documents if providing collateral.

  8. Legal documents: Contracts, leases, or partnership agreements if applicable.
