What if my passkey doesn't work?

If your passkey isn't working, try these steps:

  • Make sure your device's biometric sensors (fingerprint reader, camera) are clean and functioning

  • Ensure your browser and operating system are up to date

  • Try signing in with your password instead

  • If the problem persists, go to Settings > Login & Security, delete the passkey that isn't working, and add a new one
