General Liability Insurance is mandatory for all SBA loans and cannot be waived. Please contact your insurance agent to request a General Liability Certificate of Insurance (ACORD Form 25) that includes the required details.
This document should include:
Business Name and Address: The policy must clearly state your business name and address. Personal names are not acceptable.
Bank Listed as Additional Insured: The bank must be named as an additional insured party on the policy.
The bank listed as Certificate Holder: The bank should be listed as the certificate holder.
Bank’s address.
